OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)
KEY RULES
A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:
B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
- The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.
D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only on the following dates and between the following times (each a “Day”, collectively the “Entry Period”):
- July 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM (PDT) and July 21, 2022 at 4:00 PM (PDT) (“Day 1”)
- July 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM (PDT) and July 22, 2022 at 4:00 PM (PDT) (“Day 2”)
- July 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM (PDT) and July 23, 2022 at 4:00 PM (PDT) (“Day 3”)
E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (collectively an “Entry”):
- At San Diego Comic-Con, during the Entry Period, visit the Square Enix mobile booth (“Mobile Booth”).
- Show a Square Enix staff member (“Staff Member”) at the Mobile Booth’s counter that you have at least one (1) of the following games installed, or pre-registered, on your device (each a “Square Enix Mobile Game”):
- FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS
- WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS
- FINAL FANTASY VII THE FIRST SOLDIER
- Echoes of Mana
- Romancing SaGa Re;univerSe
- Pre-registration for OCTOPATH TRAVELER: CHAMPIONS OF THE CONTINENT
- After showing the Staff Member at least one (1) Square Enix Mobile Game installed or pre-registered on your device, fill out the form through an iPad or QR code at the Mobile Booth. The form will ask you for your email.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You can only win one (1) time throughout the Promotion. By way of example only - if an individual enters on Day 1 and wins a prize, the individual will be ineligible to win again under this Promotion even if they enter on Day 2 and 3.
- If you submit an Entry on a given Day and do not win, you will need to submit an additional Entry on the following Day if you want to participate in the next drawing. Submitting an Entry on one Day does NOT automatically enter you into the drawings for the following Days. By way of example only – if an individual enters on Day 1 and does not win, they will need to submit an additional Entry on Day 2 in order to participate in Day 2’s drawing.
F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one hundred eight (108) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:
- On Day 1, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select thirty-nine (39) winners through a random drawing from among all entries.
- On Day 2, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select thirty-seven (37) winners through a random drawing from among all entries.
- On Day 3, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select thirty-two (32) winners through a random drawing from among all entries.
G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prize(s), to be chosen at random by Sponsor:
- One (1) FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS: THE ART WORKS V, an artbook (approximate retail value of $31.99 USD)
- One (1) FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS PLUSH MASCOT MOOGLE [PLUSH] (approximate retail value of $21.99 USD)
- One (1) WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS THE ARTWORKS, an artbook (approximate retail value of $44.99 USD)
- One (1) WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS hat (approximate retail value of $15.00 USD)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winners by the end of the day of the respective Entry Period (i.e. at the end of Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3), and in any event by or about July 23, 2022 via email.
We highly encourage winners to collect their prize at the Mobile Booth by the end of the applicable Day when they won. All winners must collect their prize by the end of July 24, 2022 at the Mobile Booth.
I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.
J. Other Details:
- The odds of winning depending on the number of Entries on the applicable Day.
- You can only win one (1) time, even if you enter on each Day. By way of example only - if an individual enters on Day 1 and wins a prize, the individual will be ineligible to win again under this Promotion even if they enter on Day 2 and Day 3.
- If you submit an Entry on a given Day and do not win, you will need to submit an additional Entry on the following Day if you want to participate in the next drawing. Submitting an Entry on one Day does NOT automatically enter you into the drawings for the following Days. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
