KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between March 5, 2021 at 12:01 AM (Pacific Standard Time) and March 12, 2021 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. Log into your Twitter account (if necessary, first create a Twitter account for free at Twitter.com).
2. You must be following the official FINAL FANTASY XIV English Twitter account (@FF_XIV_EN) (the “FFXIV Twitter Account”).
3. Post a Tweet from your Twitter account that contains each of the following (collectively the “Entry”):
   a. Describe your favorite musical moment in FINAL FANTASY XIV.
   b. You must @mention the official FINAL FANTASY XIV English Twitter account (@FF_XIV_EN) in your Tweet.
   c. You must include the following hashtag: #FFXIVSpeakerSweepstakes
   d. Your full FINAL FANTASY XIV in-game character name.
   e. Your full FINAL FANTASY XIV in-game World name.

Additional Entry Limitations:

• One (1) Entry per person.
• If multiple Entries are posted (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links), only your first Entry will be accepted. Duplicate and/or subsequent Entries will be disqualified.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one (1) winner from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select the winner through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): The winner shall receive the following prize:

• One (1) Final Fantasy XIV Limited Edition Panasonic gaming speaker (approximate retail value of $349.99 USD)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify the winner by or about March 19, 2021 via the email address registered to their Square Enix account.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE LEGALLY ACQUIRED ACCESS TO FINAL FANTASY XIV PRIOR TO THE LAUNCH OF THE PROMOTION.
