KEY RULES
A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.
D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between July 19, 2023 at 4:00:00 PM PDT and July 23, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM PDT (the “Entry Period”).
E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete one of the following sets of steps (each an “Entry Method”) during the Entry Period:
1. Instagram Entry
(a) Follow @ Final Fantasy XVI (https://www.instagram.com/finalfantasyxvi/) on Instagram on your Instagram account (Instagram accounts are available for free);
(b) Take a picture with the Ifrit statue at San Diego Comic Con 2023; and
(c) Post that Ifrit picture via Instagram with the following hashtag: #IFRITONTOUR, tagging “@finalfantasyxvi” in your post.
2. Twitter Entry
(a) Follow @ Final Fantasy XVI on Twitter (https://twitter.com/finalfantasyxvi) on your Twitter account (Twitter accounts are available for free);
(b) Take a picture with the Ifrit statue at San Diego Comic Con 2023; and
(c) Post that Ifrit picture via Twitter with the following hashtag: #IFRITONTOUR, tagging “@finalfantasyxvi” in your tweet.
Recent changes to Twitter may impact Sponsor’s ability to locate all entries submitted via that platform.
3. Mail entry
(a) Handwrite your name, phone number, and email address using blue or black ink on a white 3-inch by 5-inch index card; and
(b) Mail the index card in a sealed envelope to Sponsor at:

Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified.
Limit one (1) entry per entrant.
F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select five (5) winners through a random drawing from among all entries it is aware of.
G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one of the following prize(s):

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about July 28, 2023 via direct message on social media (Twitter or Instagram) or via Email.
I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
