OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the "Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules ("Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the "Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories)
• Germany
• France (excluding Overseas France)

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between November 3, 2022 at 10am PDT and November 3, 2022 at 1pm PDT (the "Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at twitch.tv), and follow Sponsor’s Twitch account at https://www.twitch.tv/squareenix.
• During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall host a live stream on Twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/squareenix (the "LiveStream”). During the LiveStream, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall announce the entry window ("LiveStream Entry Window”).
• To enter the Promotion, you must be present in the LiveStream and post “#sweepstakes” in the LiveStream Twitch chat window after the LiveStream host announces the beginning of the LiveStream Entry Window.
• Limit one (1) entry per Twitch account.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select ten (10) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.
• Five (5) winners will be from the United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories), Germany, or France (excluding Overseas France); and five (5) winners will be from the fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec).

G. Prize(s): Each of ten (10) winners will receive one (1) prize as follows:

• One (1) digital code for HARVESTELLA digital standard edition (Nintendo Switch™ or on Steam®) (approximate retail value of $59.99 USD / £49.99 GBP / €64.99 EUR)

H. Winner Notification:

• Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by identifying them, and the prize they have won, during the Twitch Chat and informing them via Twitch direct message.
• The winners must respond to Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee’s, message by 11:59 PM PDT on November, 3 2022 to confirm acceptance and provide the information required to receive their prizes.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
