OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).
• Germany.
• France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between October 17, 2024 at 9:00 AM PDT (5:00 PM BST) and October 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM PDT (5:00 PM BST) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must visit the Promotion page at https://gleam.io/4NAGs/find-mr-s (The Promotion Gleam.io Page”), enter your name and email address, and complete at least one of the following steps (the “Entry Methods”) during the Entry Period:

1. Locate the mascot character (“Mr. S”) located on the Promotion Gleam.io Page and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
2. Using the link on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, locate Mr. S on Sponsor’s official Instagram and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
3. Using the link on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, locate Mr. S on the official Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven website and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.

The following Entry Methods will not be available at the beginning of the Entry Period, and instead will be available at a later point during the Entry Period (collectively the “Timed Entry Methods”):

1. Using the links on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, view a participating influencer’s Twitch channel during their Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven live streams during the Entry Period and input a code word provided by one (1) of the participating influencers in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
2. Using the link on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, watch the Sponsor’s (listed below) official Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven pre-launch live stream and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
3. Using the link on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, view the “Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven” launch trailer video and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
4. Using the link on the Promotion Gleam.io Page, locate Mr. S on the official Square Enix blog and input the code word provided by Mr. S in the appropriate field on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.

The Timed Entry Methods will be periodically revealed on the Promotion Gleam.io Page over the course of the Entry Period. The Entry Methods will not necessarily be revealed in the order shown above. Please review the Promotion Gleam.io Page for more information on how to successfully complete each Timed Entry Method once such Timed Entry Method is added to the Promotion Gleam.io Page.

Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified.

Your number of entries will depend on how many Entry Methods you decide to use.

Please review the Promotion Gleam.io Page for more information on how many entries each additional Entry Method is worth.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, shall select eight (8) winners through a random drawing from among all entries it is aware of.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one of the following prize(s):

One (1) grand prize winner shall receive:

• One (1) Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven custom Gerard floor rug (approximate retail value of $1,000.00 USD/ £750,00 GBP/ €900,00 EUR)
• One (1) digital code for Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven (winner to choose from PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™, or Steam®) (approximate retail value of $49.99 USD/ £49,99 GBP/€59,99 EUR)

Two (2) runner-up winners shall each receive:

• One (1) Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven Rocbouquet statue (approximate retail value of $75.00 USD/ £56,00 GBP/ €67,00 EUR)
• One (1) digital code for Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven (winner to choose from PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™, or Steam®) (approximate retail value of $49.99 USD/ £49,99 GBP/€59,99 EUR)

Five (5) additional winners shall each receive:

• One (1) digital code for Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven (winner to choose from PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™, or Steam®) (approximate retail value of $49.99 USD/ £49,99 GBP/€59,99 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about November 4, 2024 via the email address associated with the winner’s Gleam.io account.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.
