KEY RULES
A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.
D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between May 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM CT and July 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”).
E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
In the alternative, you may enter the Promotion by mailing an original handwritten 3x5 note card with the following written on it:
“I, [Full Name], attest that I am a resident of one of the fifty states of the USA, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. I further attest that I am at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction. My email address is [insert email address].”

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select sixteen (16) winners from among all entries (Twitter, Instagram, and postal mail entries combined into a single pool) using the following methodology:
Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
Winners shall be selected on or around July 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM CT.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about July 7, 2023 via Instagram or Twitter from the official Square Enix (@squareenix) or FINAL FANTASY XVI (@finalfantasyxvi) account. If a winner entered by post, such winner will be notified by the email provided in the entry.
I. Tax: Depending on the prize package won, winners may be required to submit tax forms. If so, Sponsor shall communicate all such requirements at the time winners are notified. Should winners be unable to meet the necessary tax requirements or otherwise decline the prize package, Sponsor shall select a new winner at random from the remaining entries.
J. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.. Neither GameStop nor any of its affiliates is endorsing, sponsoring, administrating or is in any way affiliated with Sponsor or the Promotion. By submitting an Entry, you understand that you are submitting your information to Sponsor and waive, discharge and release GameStop and any of its affiliates from any and all liability associated with the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the preceding waiver is in addition to the General Release set forth in Section 18 of the Additional Rules, which applies to both Sponsor and GameStop.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
