KEY RULES
A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the "Key Rules") and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules ("Additional Rules") applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:
B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the "Promotion Jurisdiction"):
C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.
D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 1 September 2019 at 23:59 (GMT) and 1 December 2019 at 23:59 (GMT) (the "Sweepstakes Period").
During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor shall post one or more videos on the official Just Cause 4 YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/justcausegame titled Stunt Squad. During the aforementioned Sponsor Stunt Squad videos, Sponsor may announce one or more contest entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"). Such Entry Periods shall also be announced on or around the same time via the official Just Cause 4 Twitter channel located at https://twitter.com/justcause.
E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the applicable Entry Period:
Each entrant must submit a video submission (each an "Entry") featuring in-game footage of such entrant performing stunts in Just Cause 4. Such video Entries must be submitted via the official Stunt Squad webpage at https://justcause.square-enix-games.com/en-us/stunt-squad. Each Entry's video footage must also be posted on the entrant's YouTube channel, and the YouTube URL of such video must be included in the aforementioned submission via the official Stunt Squad webpage.
Each Entry's video footage must be unedited and captured directly from a PlayStation, Xbox, or PC. Entrants must also have a Square Enix account that is linked to their PSN, Xbox, or Steam account, as applicable, to validate their Entry as their own. Each entrant must provide their relevant platform username, email address, and the title of their stunt with their Entry.
There is no limit on the number of Entries per person per Entry Period, provided that each Entry's video footage may only be submitted one (1) time. Duplicate submissions of the same video footage will be void. Entrants must submit Entries before the end of the Entry Period to be eligible to win a prize.
Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, determine the valid and official entry time should any discrepancies of time occur. Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to extend or alter the Entry Period for whatever reason without notification.
F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor's designee, shall select Three (3) winners per Entry Period from among all Entries using the following methodology:

In addition to the foregoing prizes, each winner shall have their provided username featured in the Stunt Squad hall of fame at www.justcause.com/stunt-squad for at least as long as the Sweepstakes Period.
H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor's designee, will notify winners by or about one (1) week after the end of the applicable Entry Period via email. Each winner shall also be announced in a video posted on the Just Cause 4 YouTube channel on or around the same date and time as the aforementioned email notification.
I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited (the "Sponsor").
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE LEGALLY ACQUIRED ACCESS TO JUST CAUSE 4 PRIOR TO THE LAUNCH OF THE PROMOTION.
