KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between October 16, 2025 at 12:00AM PDT and October 26, 2025 at 04:59 PM PDT (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• You must have either a Facebook account or an X (formerly Twitter) account (accounts are available for free).
• During the Entry Period, Sponsor shall make a post on Facebook and X referencing the Promotion (individually, a “Promotion Post” and collectively, the “Promotion Posts”) on the official Facebook and X Dragon Quest Smash/Grow account pages.
• To enter the promotion, you must complete either of the following:

1. Follow the official Dragon Quest Smash/Grow X account at: https://x.com/DQSG_EN.
2. To enter the Promotion, you must post impressions of the Dragon Quest Smash/Grow closed beta test along with the hashtag #DQSG_ClosedBeta.

[FOR FACEBOOK USERS]

1. Follow the official Dragon Quest Smash/Grow Facebook account at: https://www.facebook.com/DragonQuestSmashGrow.
2. To enter the Promotion, you must comment on the Facebook Promotion Post.

• Limit one (1) entry per X account and one (1) entry per Facebook account.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select ten (10) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or sponsor designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries across both platforms.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prizes:

• One (1) $20 USD Google Play redeemable gift code

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about November 3, 2025 via direct message on X or Facebook. To ensure you receive the notification from Sponsor, please ensure your platform’s privacy settings are set to allow message requests from any user before entering the Promotion. The winner must respond to Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee’s, message by 11:59PM PDT by November 10, 2025 to confirm acceptance and provide the information required to receive their prize. If the winner does not respond by November 10, 2025, 11:59PM PDT, a new winner shall be chosen.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
