OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories)
• Germany, France (excluding Overseas France), Sweden, Austria, Spain, and Norway.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between August 4, 2023 at 10AM BST/2AM PDT and August 11, 2023 at 10AM BST/2AM PDT (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• On the Entry Period start date, Sponsor shall post on the FINAL FANTASY VII (the “Game”) Twitter account, @finalfantasyvii, a tweet about the creation of FINAL FANTASY Lego models, and entry into a prize draw to win one (the “Tweet”).
• Participants shall then have until the end of the Entry Period to ‘like’, ‘follow’, and ‘retweet’ the Tweet to enter into this Promotion.
• Participants must complete all three actions to be entered into the Promotion.
• Participants may only enter once.
• Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select two 2 winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive x1 Lego builds inspired by ‘Sector 5 Church’ (the church building in an area called Sector 5 Slums of the Game) a character inspired by Cloud and character inspired by Aerith (the “Lego Build Prize”).

The Approximate retail value of each Lego Build Prize shall be $150/ €136/ £116.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) within 30 days of the from the end of the Entry Period, via direct message via social media.

Where a winner does not respond to the direct message via social media within 7 days, that winner shall forfeit their prize and a new winner shall be redrawn.

Prizes will be delivered between 30 November 2023 and 31 January 2024. Sponsor shall keep Winner’s informed of the exact delivery date of the Prizes.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
