OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the "Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules ("Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

• For legal residents of any Promotion Jurisdiction located in Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania (including Australia): https://square-enix-games.com/en_GB/documents/promotion-additional-rules.

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the "Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between February 7, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) and February 14, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) / February 7, 2023 at 16:00 (GMT) and February 14, 2023 at 16:00 (GMT) (the "Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (collectively your “Entry”):

• Capture a screenshot (the "Screenshot”) of your FINAL FANTASY XIV (the "Game”) character with your dearest friend, partner or NPC using the in-game “group pose” feature.
• The Screenshot must include the text stickers: Character Name, Display Home World, and Date/Time.
• Log in to your Twitter account (if necessary, first create a Twitter account for free at Twitter.com).
• Follow at least one of the following official FINAL FANTASY XIV Twitter accounts from your Twitter account: @FF_XIV_EN, @FF_XIV_FR, or @FF_XIV_DE.
• Reply to the Promotion tweet (which is posted in or around the Entry Period), posted by @FF_XIV_EN, @FF_XIV_FR, or @FF_XIV_DE, from your Twitter account that contains each of the following:
  • The Screenshot;
  • The hashtags: #FFXIV and #FFXIVSweepstakes;
  • Your full in-game character name;
  • Your full in-game home world name; and
  • Your preferred prize from the following list of virtual in-game items:
    • Bluebird Earring
    • Gaelicap
    • Modern Aesthetics - Strife
    • Noble Barding

Additional entry restrictions and terms:

• You must possess an active Twitter account and an active Game service account ("Service Account”) and have access to a working internet connection and web browser.
• You are responsible for all charges associated with the internet connection and any fees associated with the registration for a Twitter account and a Service Account (accounts are available for free).
• You may submit no more than one (1) tweet per day during the Entry Period. Multiple tweets posted in a single day during the Entry Period (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links) will not be accepted. You will only be eligible for one (1) prize regardless of how many tweets you submit.
• You must capture your own Screenshot using the in-game group pose feature. Your in-game character must be visible in the Screenshot. All Screenshots must display the unmodified legal lines generated by the group pose feature. You may use image editing software to crop your Screenshot, and you may decorate screenshots with the sticker mode in the group pose feature, but you may not otherwise edit or modify the Screenshot.
• If you change your character name and/or home world before prizes are distributed, your Entry will be void.

F. Winner Selection: After the Entry Period, the Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one thousand five hundred (1,500) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.

Sponsor shall select the winners on or around March 1, 2023.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall be able to choose only one (1) of the following in-game prize(s):

• One (1) Bluebird Earring;
• One (1) Gaelicap;
• One (1) Modern Aesthetics - Strife; or
• One (1) Noble Barding.

Each prize is a virtual, in-game item with no monetary value. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred.

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) in or about March 2023 via in-game via the moogle delivery service.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
