1. Promotion Description.

This promotion is sponsored by Square Enix, Inc 999 North Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo, California 90245 (“Sponsor”). The promotion begins on November 12, 2021 and is offered through December 31, 2021 (“Offer Term”). For Qualified Customers (defined below), Sponsor will offer a one (1) month subscription to Disney+, redeemable as described below, and subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility.

Qualified Customer means any end user who:

(1) purchased a copy of the videogame Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (“Game”) during the Offer Term;
(2) resides in the United States or Canada;
(3) is eighteen (18) years of age or older;
(4) has (or creates) an active Square Enix Members account; and
(5) is a new or returning customer to Disney+*.

*This Promotion is not available to any customers with a current active entitlement to Disney+, which includes any ‘free trial’ or other then-active promotional subscriptions that were cancelled before becoming fully paid subscriptions.

3. How to Receive and Redeem this offer.

(1) Link the Game with your Square Enix Members Account

Qualified Customers will need to link their copy of the Game with their Square Enix Members account – either through the Game’s prompt, or via the Settings menu. Square Enix Members accounts are available for free subject to the Square Enix Members terms and conditions.

(2) Redeem the Disney+ offer

Once the Game and the Square Enix Members accounts are linked, Qualified Customers will receive an email that contains a link to redeem this offer on the Disney+ website. Redeemers must create or login to a Disney+ account and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. See below for additional terms. Not combinable with other promotions.

The offer must be redeemed by 23:59 (PST) January 31, 2022.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is available for Qualified Customers only. Each Qualified Customer is limited to one (1) offer redemption, which is not combinable with other promotional offers or pricing. Offers and codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash, credit, or other value.
2. Each Qualified Customer must agree and accept the applicable Square Enix Members account terms and conditions available here.
3. Each Qualified Customer must agree and accept the applicable Disney+ account terms, which includes, without limitation, submitting valid payment information and agreeing to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy. After the one-month promotional subscription has expired, the Disney+ subscription will be automatically converted into a paid, monthly subscription to Disney+ at the then current retail price (currently, $7.99/mo. US or $11.99/mo. CA, as applicable) unless and until cancelled by the account holder, as set forth in the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. Cancellation is effective at the end of your billing period. No refunds or credits for partial month.
4. Neither Sponsor(s) nor Disney is/are responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated redemption codes, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Sponsor(s)), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. The authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Square Enix Members account at the time of the purchase of the Game will be considered the legitimate holder of the offer. An “authorized account holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).
