KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind DLC release date announced

New DLC launches in early 2020 for PS4 and Xbox One

2020 looks set to get underway in the best possible way for KINGDOM HEARTS fans. The KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind DLC launches for PlayStation 4 on 23 January, 2019, and 25 February on Xbox One!

The DLC provides an entirely new playable episode for those of you who have completed the KINGDOM HEARTS III story. It follows Sora’s adventures as he makes his way back to his friends and discovers truths that he has never imagined.

You can get a preview of FINAL FANTASY characters in the new trailer, which gives a glimpse at FINAL FANTASY VII’s Aerith!

The new DLC adds a host of additional content and features to KINGDOM HEARTS III, including multiple boss battles, a Limit cut and a Secret Episode.

It also has a new greeting mode, slideshow features and a brand new ‘Premium Menu’ mode. This adds diverse difficulty settings and gameplay challenges that will help you get even more fun from the game.

There’s one more KINGDOM HEARTS III news to share - a free update for the game will be released in January 2020 on PS4 and Xbox One.

It features a main story update, new abilities and a new form for Sora. It also adds new Keyblades: Oathkeeper and Oblivion.

Players will also be able to utilise expanded sharing features from January.


KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind launches on for PS4 on 23 January 2020, and Xbox One devices on 25 February, 2020.

A KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind + Concert Video package is also available to pre-order now, which includes all KINGDOM HEARTS III Re Mind content as well as footage from the KINGDOM HEARTS – World of Tres – Orchestra concert recorded on 30th November 2019 in Osaka.
