THE A-GAMES GIVEAWAY CONTEST (JUNE 2019) (THE “_PROMOTION_”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

• For legal residents of any Promotion Jurisdiction (defined below) located in North America, Central America, South America, or the Caribbean: https://square-enix-games.com/en_US/documents/promotion-additional-rules.
• For legal residents of any Promotion Jurisdiction located in Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania: https://square-enix-games.com/en_GB/documents/promotion-additional-rules.

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories), Germany, Norway, and France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 7 June 2019 at 12:01 a.m. GMT and 25 July 2019 at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Watch The A-Games video podcast (the “Video”) on the Square Enix UK YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzTNeXPYqdKGCEx6lY8Ddjg) or any other channel on which Sponsor or its designees distributes the Video.
• In the Video description, Sponsor will ask viewers a question (“Question”) and you must submit a written answer to the question by sending the answer in an email to mailto:SEE_Event-Merchandise@square-enix.com.
• If Sponsor provides additional instructions in the Video or its description, you must follow those instructions.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select three (3) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winning entries based on overall creativity, originality, and adhesion to the Question posed in the Video.

G. Prize(s): The winners shall receive the following prize(s):

• First Prize:
  i. One (1) Final Fantasy Play Arts figure (approximate retail value of £104.99 GBP/€119.99 EUR)
  ii. Two (2) Final Fantasy Trading Card Game start sets (approximate retail value of £12 GBP/€15.00 EUR)
• Second Prize:
  i. One (1) Final Fantasy Play Arts figure (approximate retail value of £104.99 GBP/€119.99 EUR)
  ii. Two (2) Final Fantasy Trading Card Game start sets (approximate retail value of £12 GBP/€15.00 EUR)
• Third Prize:
  i. Two (2) Final Fantasy Trading Card Game start sets (approximate retail value of £12GBP/€15.00 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 25 July 2019 via email.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
