KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• UK (excluding British Overseas Territories)
• Finland
• Sweden
• Spain
• Norway
• Australia (excluding South Australia and wherever prohibited by law)

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between March 27, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) / 4:00 p.m. (BST) and April 3, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) / 4:00 p.m. (BST) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (“Entry”):

• Log in to your Twitter account (if necessary, first create a Twitter account for free at Twitter.com).
• Follow the official English FINAL FANTASY XIV Twitter account (@FF_XIV_EN) (the “FFXIV Twitter Account”) from your Twitter account.
• During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall post on the FFXIV Twitter Account announcing the beginning of the Promotion (the “Announcement Post”).
• Retweet the Announcement Post.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select Eight (8) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all entries; the first two (2) selected from among the entries shall receive ‘First Prize’ below and the subsequent six (6) selected from the remaining entries shall receive a Runner Up Prize.

G. Prize(s): Winners shall receive each of the following prize(s):

First Prize includes all the below items:

• Zenos Meister Quality Statue (approximate retail value of $61 USD / £50 GBP / €58 EUR / $92 AUD); and

• Namazu Cutlery Holder (approximate retail value of $24 USD / £19.99 GBP / €23 EUR / $36.69 AUD); and
• Samurai Job Pin (approximate retail value of $9.99 USD / £8.99 GBP / €9.99 EUR / $16.49 AUD); and
• Red Mage Job Pin (approximate retail value of $9.99 USD / £8.99 GBP / €9.99 EUR / $16.49 AUD).

Runner Up Prize includes all the below items:

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winners by or around April 28, 2023 via Direct message via Twitter.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
