OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

• For legal residents of any Promotion Jurisdiction located in Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania (including Australia): https://square-enix-games.com/en_GB/documents/promotion-additional-rules.

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 20 July 2022 at 11:00 AM (PDT)/7:00PM (BST) and 26 July 2022 at 1:30 PM (PDT)/9:30PM (BST) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Method One (collectively “Entry Method 1”)

• Follow the official OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent Twitter account (“Octopath Twitter”) on your Twitter account (Twitter accounts are available for free)
• Like the Promotion Tweet (defined below)
  • During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall post a Tweet from the Octopath Twitter regarding the Promotion (“Promotion Tweet”)
• Pre-register for OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent on the application store of your choice (Android or iOS) and take a screenshot (the “Screenshot”)
  • Do not include any personal information in the Screenshot
• Comment on the Promotion Tweet which Main Story line (“Wealth”, “Power”, or “Fame”) you want to play first in OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent and include your Screenshot

AND/OR

Method Two (collectively “Entry Method 2”)

• Follow the official OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent Facebook account (“Octopath Facebook”) on your Facebook account (Facebook accounts are available for free)
• Like the Promotion Post (defined below)
  • During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall send out a post from the Octopath Facebook regarding the Promotion (“Promotion Post”)
• Pre-register for OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent on the application store of your choice (Android or iOS) and take a Screenshot.
  • Do not include any personal information in the Screenshot
• Comment on the Promotion Post which Main Story line (“Wealth”, “Power”, or “Fame”) you want to play first in OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent and include your Screenshot

Additional Entry Information:

• You may enter with either Entry Method 1 and/or Entry Method 2.
• One (1) Entry per person. If you enter using both Entry Method 1 and Entry Method 2, you will only be eligible to win a single prize.
• Duplicate Entries will be disqualified.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select ten (10) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select five (5) winners through a random drawing from among all entries submitted under Entry Method 1.

• Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select five (5) winners through a random drawing from among all entries submitted under Entry Method 2.

• PLEASE NOTE: If an individual is selected twice as a winner because they submitted entries under both Entry Method 1 and Entry Method 2, the individual will only receive a single prize and another winner will be drawn from the applicable entry pool.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):

• Five (5) winners from Entry Method 1 and five (5) winners from Entry Method 2
  • One (1) set of promotional OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent Dice and Dice bag (approximate retail value of £12.65 GBP / $15.00 USD / €14.88 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 27 July 2022 via direct message on Twitter or Facebook.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
