OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the "Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules ("Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the "Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).
• Germany.
• France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 10 May 2023 at 8:00 AM (BST) and 1 June 2023 at 7:59 AM (BST) (the "Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• You must have a Twitter account (accounts are available for free).
• Create an illustrated / painted piece of art depicting the Square Enix Pride mascot, Mina.
• To enter the Promotion, you must submit your artwork of Mina (an “Entry”) as a tweet using the hashtag “#myminadrawingcontest” during the Entry Period.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select three (3) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor shall select winners based on the (i) technical quality of the Entry, (ii) originality of the Entry, (iii) creativity of the Entry, and (iv) artistic elements of the Entry.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):

• One (1) spotlight post via Sponsor’s official social media platforms
• One (1) article of Mina-themed apparel (winner to choose between T-shirt or tank top) (Sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL available) (approximate retail value of $29.99 USD / £29.99 GBP / €29.99 EUR)
• One (1) digital code for the FINAL FANTASY I-VI Pixel Remaster bundle (winner to choose between PlayStation®, Nintendo Switch™, or STEAM®) (approximate retail value of $74.99 USD / £74.99 GBP / €74.99 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 1 June 2023 via direct message on Twitter.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
